Cyklus Qualia

About eternal and broken cycles, probability clouds and connectivity between everything or nothing.

Small machines made of recycled cobber and dc motors are interpreted through a series of miniature music films.

Most of the films are based on instructed improvisations others are strictly composed.

The films feature singers Annemette Pødenphandt, Anna Katrin Egilstrøð, Karmen Rõivassepp, Daniel Kjær Holmberg, Mariann Mikkelsen, Sisse Lunøe. Flutist Marie Sønderskov, Cellist Emma Axelsson, Guitarist Klavs Kehlet & Royal Ballet Dancer Ditte Baltzer.

The project is also available as a multichannel video installation.

The project is supported by Statens Kunstfond, Aarhus Kommune, KODA Kultur and Dansk Artist Forbund.
