Four individual cello voices recorded directly to VHS-tapes using condenser microphone, analogue surveillance cameras and analogue video switcher. Each shift disturbs the VCR, which gives nice pitch fluctuations when trying to sync to the frame rate. The synchronization between the four voices is roughly kept this way.
